How long do I have to wait if I place an order?

Lead time starts from 1 to 2 weeks for small orders, and longer if your volume is higher. Kindly contact us with your order volume to get an exact estimate.

Are all materials 100% recycled?

We combine both Post-Consumer Content (PCR) & Pre-Consumer Content (PIR) processes to manufacture our products. For Kraft paper bags, they are made from 100% recycled materials.

Is delivery in Singapore included?

Yes, the price quoted is inclusive of delivery costs. However, if you wish to distribute among a few locations (e.g. your retail shops / warehouses) in Singapore, a small fee might be incurred.

Can I order below the MOQ?

Yes, we can still quote accordingly if you wish to order below the MOQ. However, the price might remain the same, even though it may be for a lesser quantity.
