How long do I have to wait if I place an order?

Lead time starts from 1 to 1.5 weeks for small orders, and longer if your volume is higher. Kindly contact us with your order volume, design and product size to get an exact estimate.

Is delivery in Singapore included?

Yes, the price quoted is inclusive of delivery costs. However, if you wish to distribute among a few locations (e.g. your retail shops / warehouses) in Singapore, a small fee might be incurred.

Can I order below the MOQ?

Yes, we can still quote accordingly if you wish to order below the MOQ. However, the price might remain the same, even though it may be for a lesser quantity. 

What are the payment terms?

50% of payment is required upon confirmation of quotation. The other 50% will be due after completion of printing and QC checks have been done, before the final delivery to your premises.
