How long do I have to wait if I place an order?

Lead time starts from 1.5 to 2 weeks for small orders, and longer if your volume is higher. Kindly contact us with your order volume, design and product size to get an exact estimate. During peak season and holiday periods, please expect a further delay for your order.

Is delivery in Singapore included?

Yes, the price quoted is inclusive of delivery costs. However, if you wish to distribute among a few locations (e.g. your retail shops / warehouses) in Singapore, a small fee might be incurred.

Can I order below the MOQ?

Yes, we can still quote accordingly if you wish to order below the MOQ, as we believe there is no need to waste material if its not needed. However, a small order fee (generally capped at $10.00 SGD) might be incurred.

What are the payment terms?

Full payment as per invoice is required before any order and is non-negotiable.
